Chair Leg Caps (Costco)

Chair Leg Caps (Costco)

Chair Balls - I designed these to replace the original plastic leg caps that come with the folding chairs sold at Costco. After using them on a concrete basement floor for many years, the caps had worn out to the bare metal tubing of the chair legs. Bad news for my new flooring. They're designed round, so they universally fit the angles of all 4 legs. They fit perfectly in the chair legs so no glue is necessary. Although I ended up gluing 32 of them to 8 chairs. Make sure to print the open side up, and a raft is a good idea also. I sanded (Dremel) the rough spots left by the rafts to assure a smooth surface. Simply use a pair of pliers to pull the old ones off.
