Inexpensive sensor parts. All parts from TB CN. Modify a xiaomi mijia door/windows senso by removing its hall sensor. The ouput pin of touch sensor can solding to the hall sensor's signal pin. Please note that the touch sensor module which you can buy on the internet will be TTP223. This sensor will be reset every >10s after it long trigger. Please replace it by a non-reset one. Such as JL323B(WQ) TP4056 is used for charging and protecting the battery. But the charger is not necessary. You can use a single function lithium battery over-discharge protection module to replace it, since the power consution is lower than I expest. (standby current @4.2V is between 50uA and 100uA)
