Some nozzles are chamfered inside, so a flat cut PTFE tube leaves a "well" in there that has to be filled up, and filament gets pushed into the mushy zone to create pressure to extrude. Chamfering the tube to a better fit reduces the volume of the mushy area, may require less restraction, have more precise extrusion for short lengths, less ooze, less colour mixing on changing filament, etc... This tool allows you to grind the tube end to different angles to fit your nozzle better inside. The twiddle wheel on top lightly clamps onto the tube, and also sets the amount of tube poking out to be ground Manually turn twiddle wheel while rolling along sandpaper to grind the tube tip down. Cut tube a little longer than required, then trim to length after chamfering Three STL versions: 40deg from tube axis (more blunt) 45deg from tube axis (medium) 50deg from tube axis (more pointy)
