The design enables simultaneous printing of both components, with each part requiring 100 grams of ABS polymer. These pieces can be assembled by sliding them axially or pushing them vertically together; they are slightly curved to ensure a snug, high-friction fit within the material's e-modulus limitations. Note that standard ABS polymer properties were used for analysis instead of ISS 3D printer specific properties, and it is assumed that parts will have 100% infill (completely solid).
