The circulatory system carries oxygen and nutrients to our cells, while the digestive system breaks down food into the nutrients we need to survive. Even the smallest parts of the human body play a critical role in its overall function. For example, the eyes allow us to see the world around us, while the ears pick up sounds that help us navigate through it. The nose and mouth work together to keep us breathing and healthy, while the skin protects our internal organs from harm. In short, the human body is a remarkable piece of engineering that deserves our respect and care.
