It is a combination of this phone stand:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3681512 and the ball joint from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4739696. The slots in the mount bracket were closed and it got a chamfered hole for a M3 countersunk screw. The ball joint got an embedded M3 nut and I also used glue to connect both parts. You have just to add a break at the matching layer hight in the slicer of your choice to insert the hex nut.
