I put a rectangle on the front plane and extruded it than I use the line tool and drew the top part of the channel slot and put a slot in the middle of it extruding the outside part making it have a slot. Than I had to draw the next piece extruding it father out. Than I mirrored the sketch and made a fillet to the slots.
