Charger Adapter plate for Sony NP-FW50 battery

This is an adapter plate for those typical dual aftermarket NP-F chargers with LCD screen. They go under different brand names, most common one on amazon is "Neewer", but there's also Fomito, D&F, Volta, etc.. Mine came with two NP-F970 plates, but I wanted to be able to charge smaller NP-FW50's with it, and i couldn't find the plates for sale separately.. The plate is not very high-tech (it lacks the connector for the temperature sensor) and can be finished with just two small wires and some nickel strip (like what is used for spot-welding 18650 batteries together). Essentials required: -Soldering iron & solder -Two small wires for positive and negative, 5cm / 2-inch in length. -A very small amount of nickel strip, ideally 0.15-0.30mm thickness, for length you'll have enough with just 5cm. -0.15mm nickel strip can be cut with regular hobby scissors. -alligator clips to test charging functionality before you put them together permanently. -Hot glue gun Optionally 4 M2, 4mm length, sunken-head screws, as there are holes for them. All in all this is not a difficult project if you can solder a bit. Mine worked on first try. Only thing to keep in mind is you MUST bridge the middle C- terminal (on the base plate) to ground for the charger to pick up the battery and start charging it!
