Charging station (laser cut)

Charging station (laser cut)

thingiverse

This is wooden charging station for tablets, cell phones, WiiU, mobile chargers etc. The station completely hides most of the cables, even while charging. There's room inside to hide the wires and a monster multi-charger like the RAVPower 60W 12A 6 ports USB Charger. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00Q7WWUNA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The parts are on two laser cut files (labelled xxx_f1 and xxx_f2) meant for cutting into 1/8 in (3.17 mm) plywood. They already have a 0.15 mm kerf embedded. If your laser has a slighly different kerf, it shouldn't be a big issue because I've also planned some tolerances in all joints. Everything fits nicely. I've cut mine on a Trotec 500 laser cutter. If you don't have access to a laser cutter, there are services like https://www.ponoko.com/ that do it for you. Dimensions : Width : 734 mm (28.9 in) Depth : 596 mm (23.5 in) Height : 79 mm (3.1 in)
