This is a 37mm diameter motor mount that I often use. I put in two 3mm long screws for reinforcement. There is no need to reinforce it unless it is overloaded. The four holes for mounting the mount are oblong to allow for misalignment when fixing. Choose the proper length for the three screws that fix the motor. Inserting a long screw will destroy the gear. Also, inserting a screw that is too short will damage the female thread of the motor. Normally, a length of 10 mm is the correct answer. https://denshiman.com/robot.html
