I am so glad.. finishing chassis for kids saber, it is approx. 20cm hilt, with 7/8inch blade, equipped with Proffieboard. It is here in case you want to take a look at the STL file. It comprises of 2 parts, the main body, and battery rail. Take out the pommel, and the batt rail just slipped out for battery changing. Connector for battery poles need to be glued, though. No charge port. Speaker is 20mm, planned to source it from Saber Armory. The batt rail is hold by cables. The head connector is GX16.
