Greetings, I would like to explain about this model.This is a vo (voluntary open) type of prosthetic hand. also able to use as a vo(voluntary closed) type by reversing rope and flexible rubber.very economical one for manufacturing.assemble of it is also very easy. can be used as vo or vc as per the wishes of the customers. It is very anthropomorphic so gives good feel to surroundings.The amount of material used can be reduced more. Elastic rubber is used instead of springs. It is more enough to keep the palm voluntary open. I preferred vo type because of its advantages.The advantages are:1. easy to manufacture and assemble2. low cost3. Highly anthropomorphic4.can be used as vo or vc types5. able to hold very small components6. good grips to hold objects7.very easy to 3D printing8.Amount of material used ca be reduced in a effective manner. kindly refer the attached videos.thank you.
