Cheap bow / crossbow target

cults3d

No, this is not a crossbow target for printing but more a cheap way to build a crossbow / bow target which works for close quarters up to 15 m. In other words: Perfectly for the Adderini, Slinding Legolini and the like. The inner circle is 60 mm in diameter and the outer ring has a diameter of 120 mm. The template perfectly fits to the print bed of an Ender 3. Lowest print quality is perfect for this with some cheap PLA. After using old cardboard boxes stuffed with old Jeans I found it cumbersome how fast one side wares out after a few rounds of shooting. Each box has six sides but still for regular shooting this is not the ideal solutions. Commercial arrow catches are somewhat expensive (50€+ and upwards). I found something called "shooting bags" for 20€ which was simply a white plastic bag with some targets painted to it. After some search I found white bags made out of PP which are usually used to store potatoes. Now there you go. For ~ 1€ per bag simply put your old Jeans in such a bag, spray 4-5 targets on each side and you are ready to. By knoting some rope to the upper corners you can simple hang this to a tree or wall for shooting outside. Here are the bags I ordered:https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B015TQH502/ As always: Have fun and stay safe ! ;-)
