Cheap but loud bluetooth speaker project

I needed a good bluetooth speaker for work. Rather than going out and buying something pre-made I decided to go the maker route. Things you'll need: 2- 4" Boss Be423 speakers. these are sold in pairs and can be picked up from walmart for around $20-$35 1- bluetooth amplifier https://t.ly/OyJ3 This is the one I used. some speaker wire or you can use the wire included with the speakers however I found the original wires to be exceptionally weak for my taste. 8- m4 bolts at least 20mm long with accompanying nuts. CA glue batting (stuffing from an old pillow works well) stuffing the speaker enclosure keeps them from sounding like cheap plastic. Assembly: print 2 of each STL's and sand contact areas slightly between the enclosure and the back so that the glue will adhere well. (speakerbox back may need flipped to lay flat to print without support) mount speakers to the enclosures using the m4 bolts and nuts. The holes will be a little tight. This is intentional to try and avoid as much air leakage as possible. A dab of CA or loctite to keep the nuts in place after tightening is advisable. attach wiring routing it through the hole in speakerbox back. A knot or ziptie on your wires inside the box is suggested to prevent the wires from getting pulled off the speaker as this will be a sealed enclosure. Fill the speaker box with batting then run a bead of ca glue around the lip of speakerbox back and put the back on the box using either clamps zip ties or in my case paint cans to hold everything together until the glue dries. once the glue is dry plug your wires into the bluetooth amp and try it out. I have only used the boss speakers with this setup as that's what I have but I would think most speakers that mount on a 3.67" or 93mm circle should work.
