<p>Build your own film lighting with a standard E27/E14 lightbulb socket (M10x1 thread) and a camera tripod.</p> <p>Two models</p> <ol> <li>light_holder_cube.stl - square one, recommended model, has recesses for the shoulder of the threaded inserts</li> <li>light_holder.stl - octagon, without recesses for shoulder of threaded inserts!</li> </ol> <p>needs following parts:</p> <ul> <li>insert 1/4-20 UNC to 3/8-16 UNC with shoulder</li> <li>M10x1 17mm tube for bulb socket</li> </ul> <p>Threads are modeled with the core drill diameter (8.25mm for 1/4-20 UNC and 9mm for M10x1)</p> <p>Assembly</p> <ul> <li>use 9.5mm drill for the M10x1 pipe</li> <li>heat the 3/8 1/4 adapter and hole, then screw it in</li> </ul> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>4 outer perimiter, 0.2mm layer thickness</p>
