UNTESTED as of 3/2/17. Designed in TinkerCad. This is the cheapest glidecam clone I could think of. Idea is to attach a weighted pole to the middle ring, with the camera attached on top. Designed specifically for a Gear 360. I used trimmed paperclip for the axles - just long enough to go through 2 rings, bent on the outside, and taped. I imagine it may be better to heat the bent part, and melt it into the side of the ring. How I Designed This Looked at glidecam clones, the gimbal being the main feature. Most designs here use bearings (which is best). I also looked at the one-print gimbal - but the rings were not free spinning enough. So I made concentric rings, added a handle, and but perpendicular holes through them for a nail or paperclip bit to serve as an axle. I used trimmed paperclip in the video demo. Will be testing this soon.
