This is an adapter that allows a cheap LED outdoor floodlight to be hung on a Manfrotto light stand with a standard light stand spigot. I am not sure why anyone other than myself would ever use this but if you also have a lot of old light stands and need to hang newer cheap LED floodlights, this might work. That or you can spend the $7 plus shipping to get a real adapter but where's the fun in that.
