Hi I made this cheap Z carriages for 15mm /9.5mm /350mm rail from THK ( PSR15ZM). I bought mine for 20$. I'm using it for 2 months a it's amazing ,just want to share and get feed back what can i improve . Printed with: PETg or ABS(I used PLA and still 0 wear) min 25% infil 45% support infil Parts needed: 2\ 608 berrings (tensioner) 1\ 40/8mm screw (tensioner) 4\ 8mm screw nuts 12\ 3mm screw nuts with lock thread Hope you get some use of it cheers.
