Here is my very small smartphone mount. Always with you. It's only 84x54x2MM It's the Version V2.4 You can wear it in your wallet and assemble it in a few seconds to a stand. There are also two holes to use it with a tripod. Specialy the "small hole problem" may be an issue. Here are my options: I'm reccommend the 2.4 version!!! 0.4mm nozzle 0.2mm layer 1.75mm PLA 210°C nozzle 65°C printed bed 15mm/sec. speed slic3r 1.2.9 I'm added my slic3r configuration for you and a plain text configuration from the gcode file. If the parts still don't fits. Look if you have a small hole problem. There is a lot of information on the net. I hope it helps you with the print. If you have problems with tight or too lose hinge you can test an adaption of the extruder multiplier or filament diameter at your 3d printer. This option should be on every slicing software, because you need it to adapt to your filament. I'm addad all parts as seperate files so you can choose a different printing setting on every part. Maybe you like to print the disk slightly bigger or smaller to have a better fit with your printer. I'm added a 3mm version: File ending -5 belongs to version 2.5 (3mm). You need support to print it. I'm added a improved version: File ending with -4 belongs to version 2.4 File endings with -3 belongs to the first uploaded version 2.3 "Einsatz" are the adapter for different phones from 8.5 to 12.5mm There is also an adapter "_full" without a cut. So you can cut a hole for your phone yourself. There is also a full disk "Scheibe_full" you can use to cut. I'm added the middle-parts without logo. This are the two "_ol" parts.
