Chem Guys Big Mouth Foam Cannon Lock

I bought this pricey foam cannon and was frustrated to find the lid only screws on 1/4 of one turn and therefore is very insecure and pops off with the slightest bump, spilling the cleaning solution all over the place. So I made this simple plug to lock the lid in place while in use. Directions: Use an 11/64 drill bit to drill through the skirt of the lid where the first thread isn't present (see picture). Then install the lid and tighten fully, then drill through the previously made hole in the lid and through the lip of the bottle. The printed pin makes a snug fit in the hole and will keep the lid from coming loose and falling off. Print the pin at 100% infill. Secure the pin to the foam cannon head with some fishing line or fine wire to keep it handy. Edit: This thing doesn't work 100%. The plastic container can flex and the lid can pop off even if the cap doesn't unscrew.
