There didn't seem to be any CAD files for Cherry ML Keycaps so I quickly made one based on the specsheet found here: http://eicom.ru/pdf/datasheet/cherry_pdfs/keymodule/key All the major dimensions are accurate, and the rest I based off my own measurement with callipers. Fit is a little tight but it works! :) Things to keep note off : The pins on the bottom are really delicate so make sure you print the keycap on its side so that the 'grain' runs vertically. That should make the pins less likely to snap. I haven't had the pins snapped with this method, even with moderate pulling on the key. Printing sideways also produces a better contour. I printed at a slow feed rate (20mm/s) at 0.05mm layer height. A single print took about 80mins I think. You should test your keycap on a key that you are willing to lose. In the off chance that the pins snap off, its is relatively difficult to take them out. Be prepared to dig them out with a scalpel.
