<p>Needed Chess Board to go with Organic Chess 2021 pieces modeled by NTX9 that I had scaled down to 65%. This board measures 170 x 170mm. Squares are 10mm thick and border is 12mm. Thickness dimensions were stated incorrectly in original posting. The above are correct.</p><p>Designed in Shapr3D, sliced in Cura 5.1 and printed on AnyCubic Vyper. Black squares are 40mm and White are 39.5mm. White smaller to facilitate snapping between Black squares.</p><p>Used Black PLA at 205 and 65C and Clear White PETG at 240 and 70C. Layers are .3mm and InFill is 10%. No support or Hot Bed Adhesion used. </p><p>Used Foam Core with B-7000 adhesive to assemble as whole board.</p><p>Hoping soon to get pre-ordered Prusa XL printer so can print board in 2 colors and 1 piece. To my knowledge the XL has not started shipping. </p>
