The little horse sculpture is located just outside St. Peter's Church in Douai, France. There is no title or artist information available. What stands out, quite literally, is the horse hair on its back which looks more like spikes. The sculptor might have done this because it is a personal stylization or to make a statement, especially given its location outside a church.   This object is part of "Scan The World".
