UPD8: Added HALVED and QUARTERED versions for smaller printers. I would recommend printing this style of head at 250-260%, so on an Ender-sized printer you would want to use the QUARTERED version. As with the eyes, I only include one side, so you will need to flip it in your slicer (in Cura, this is the hourglass-shaped "mirror" tool) -I recommend "Fabri-Tac" for gluing PLA parts together, it's manageable and bonds really well to plastics. (it's fine to sell fursuits made WITH this, but you may not sell the base itself) More bases coming soon, just need to get test prints finished and photos taken. -the nose is not to scale with the head, just print it to whatever size you prefer -the "talk jaw" should probably not be made with rubber bands, I'm just doing this to keep my prints together until I start assembling the heads. this head runs small, so print at 245-260% for all parts, you may want to print the eyes a little smaller if they're sitting too snug for you it's a good idea to do a smaller test print first, to make sure you're happy with your settings. I maintain an info document here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Nij-ovIhcxOxUT8PBZgI4saLcwwqKpIGH8ICAw7E2Uw/edit?usp=sharing this will answer most questions, and I can be contacted on twitter for more help. I'm using the googledoc, so I can easily update the information across multiple posts.
