Chilly Hotend

Chilly Hotend by aSensar Chilly Hotend is a All Metal Hotend for 3D printer and RepRap. It can be easily used with Direct Drive Extruder or Bowden Extruder It runs realy very cool without heating up. We designed this hotend after doing detailed study on famous Hotends like JHead Hotend, E3D Hotend, etc. In this design we tried to solve the flaws found in the available hotend. So far we have tested this hotend up 245C, PLA/ABS extrudes smoothly, even without cooling fan. Adding mini fan will keep temperature very cool. We will update more details on what problems we found with existing Hotends and how they are solved in Chilly Hotend, Will update more on our testing as we proceed For now we are releasing Chilly hotend's design under open license, CC-BY-SA 4.0 Int.
