I have a ultra-cheap i3 China clone as my test printer which was delivered with a broken screwhole. So I measured out the needed holes and sizes and hacked one out in OpenSCAD. Print-time: 2x 3,5 hours. 2017-02-13: Updated model to be symmetrical. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 30% Honeycomb Notes: You may have to rotate it so the bearing holders will face up. On my UM3 Extended it perfectly fits onto the build plate with (sliced with S3D): X-Offset: 33,93mm Y-Offset: -84,68mm Z-Offset: 128,5mm X-Size: 179,53mm Y-Size: 179,53mm Z-Size: 10,00mm X-Rotation: 0° Y-Rotation: 180,00° Z-Rotation: 135,00° Post-Printing Assembly You'll need to print 2 of these and glue & secure them together.
