This is a cap for the intake side of a diesel air heater. The intake diameter should be about 3 and 1/8 inches, making the circumference right at 10 inches. The one below is the exact one I purchased - 2kw, metal body, blue LCD with red remote. Should be printed with PETG or something heat-resistant if it'll be in your car/van. I printed with a .6mm nozzle, but that shouldn't make a big difference. This part was actually about 1mm too big, so I just heated one side and squished it in a bit, now it goes on snugly and stays on. Be sure to take it off before firing up your heater!
