This is a simple Chinese Lucky Medallion 3D model. In Chinese culture, it's a typical gold jewelry worn by new born babies to signify good luck, fortune, safety and longevity. It's usually in the shape of ancient Chinese lock, but over the years, the shape has became more abstract. In Chinese it's called 平安锁.
