This shield is usefull for preventing chip dust to settle on ball screws and bearings. It also decreases the area where small light chips can fly (very usefull for plastic milling). Instructions Try to print it from ABS if possible as it has some flexibility. Model is not adjusted for ABS (add 1% to X and Y planes in your favorite slicer program to adjust heat shrinking).
