Having trouble getting your choke slider to stay open? This thing is for you. Works for my Kawasaki KDX200, this bike has a fairly common Japanese carburetor, I imagine I am not the only person with this issue, although I might be the only person to jury rig it instead of fixing :) Raise the choke slide up and clip this to the 4.5mm shaft, this will hold the choke open for a hands free kick start. A new choke slide mechanism would fix the problem too. Prints out really nice, I took a sharp knife to mine to clean and break open some of the slots which enable it to flex. I designed in a hole in the back that makes the piece easier to grab for placement/removal, and allows it to be clipped to a key chain. The the extra set of fins on the outside does two things, one it protects the small clipping parts, two it adds a little bit of force to the clip when opened all the way. pieces click together to make an ornament thing keihin PWM & PWK series carburetors (28 to 36 mm)
