This is a Choking harzard tester as described by CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) at https://www.cpsc.gov/Business--Manufacturing/Business-Education/Business-Guidance/Small-Parts-for-Toys-and-Childrens-Products/ The purpose of this is to test if small parts are swallow able by children under 3 years of age. When printing this make sure to confirm the measurements are the same as listed at the CPSC.
