Chop Saw Arbor Adapter for 20mm to 1 Inch Blade Arbor Hole

Adapter ring to allow a one inch chop saw blade to be installed on a saw with a 20mm arbor. Choose the tallest ring which still allows the blade clamp to close fully. 5mm worked best for me. The ring will usually be much thicker than the blade, as the blade clamp ring is hollowed out and has a gap next to the arbor. If you need a different thickness, just rescale the Z to the thickness you need. I recommend 50% fill and 0.2 mm layer height. No support needed. I didn't need a brim either. Make sure you check the blade's max RPM and compare to the saw's specifications: large toothed blades may not support the spinning speed of a large (12-14") chop saw designed for abrasive disks.
