https://youtu.be/GCDoqP2XHYA This is a remix from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4850806 I cut two chopstick ends with a length of 35 mm. They can be easily inserted and removed to be washed. You may need to change the dimensions of the piece adapter.stl to acomodate your printer tolerances.
