This parts & Ass'y respond with the latest Absorption chiller Technology available today. Size matches with 1500 Refrigeration Ton NET Capacity (based in STD working condition: Chilled Water= +12°C (inlet) to +7°C (outlet), Cooling water= +30°C (inlet) to +36.5°C (outlet). Waste gases inlet @ +450°C. Available to receive in the high-generator (heat driven power) EXHAUST GASES from a Gas Turbine (or any other heat source with temperatures over +350°C to +600°C). It have been designer to use Waste gases @ +450°C from a 2.5-MW GAS-TURBINE. Based in my wide experience with CHP (Combined Heat+Power Cogeneration Energy Plants), I used information from the best world Absorption Chillers supplier I know, located in South Korea, working with SERIES-FLOW technology (the best, very reliable under my opinion). I am using this kind of chillers to create big cooling plants operating TIAC (Turbine Inlet Air Cooling): A technology to improve the performance in Gas Turbines working with hot ambient with temperatures over ISO conditions (+15°C), and recovering around 20% power capacity when ambient temp reaches +35°C. This kind of machinery use to manufacture from 100-RT (351 KW) to 1500-RT (5.275 KW) as STD in this factory. Some others MFG use to make even bigger but, experience says it´s better to use multiple sets of STD machinery than special sizes. My Project (CHP 1500 RT Absorption Chiller) came from CAD drawings received from manufacturer, who rejected to bring me 3D files to use in my projects of Big TIAC cooling plants in South-America, and it matches exactly with the sizes guaranteed from factory. Designed with Solidworks-2014, I added all in generic files IGES (*.igs) for those not using Solidworks. Some pics are available in "Rendering folder" for better explanation.
