3D printed star for the top of a Christmas Tree. Print with natural or translucent PLA for a sparkly look... great finishing touch to your Christmas Tree! There is a hole in the base of the star that sits onto the top of most Christmas Trees making it quick and easy to fit and remove. Includes designed in support (Refer instructions). Instructions Print with Raft, 3 shells and 15% infill. Standard size is 75mm tall but can be scaled to suit. Carefully cut designed in support away from lower tips of the star with side cutters to make sure the tips are not damaged. Printed on a Replicator 2 this support comes away easily. On a 5th Generation MakerBot the support is harder to remove and there may be some stringing of filament. This can easily be cleaned up with a craft knife. A great way to top off your Christmas Tree!
