<p>A two piece latching Christmas Tree Bauble which is hollow and can double as a secret compartment or gift box. Hang it on the tree in full sight and no-one will know to look inside. Once the two pieces are latched the box is securely closed and needs to be pried open. Print the two pieces in different colour to mix and match your favourite colours, or red and green for a Christmas theme. Print two of the "ballpart2..." pieces and latch them together to form a completely closed off ball, or connect one of those to the other "ballhalf..." pieces for the perfect Christmas Bauble.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>"ballpart2_latchv1" will require support and possibly a raft if printed as indicated on the attached photos.<br/> The other parts can be printed without support if orientated with the flat part on the printer bed.<br/> Good part cooling is recommended for optimal results, these are circular parts with steep overhangs that will test the limits of your printer.<br/> Test prints and photos below were done at 50% scale, full size these baubles are made from 100mm diameter balls.<br/> Bauble attachment options with no holes, holes for ropes, and holes for ropes and lights have been included.</p>
