Inspired by another version that I found on Thingiverse several years ago. I can not find it or the author. This is my take of the original design idea. Previous designer is tc_fea his thing is More Pine Trees http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7096 This is the version that I was referring to above. Designed as 50mm height. I would not scale lower than 1 and only go larger such as 1.5x, 2x or larger. Picture shows 1:1 1.5x and 2x Print Settings Printer: Griffin 3D Thing:259238 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .25 - .3 Infill: 10% Notes: May need to adjust layer height to get better results when scaling print. Use Minimal to no infill. Cooling fan needs to be almost off or will not let the branches lay down nicely. 25% fan speed was used for these prints. How I Designed This Autodesk Inventor 2012 Arms extruded towards and circular arrayed. moved up 5mm for next set of arms extruded away then circular arrayed. This looks kind of like bike wheel spokes. Arm count from the bottom up goes 25, 25, 23, 23, 21, 21, 19, 19, 15, 15, 13, 13, 11, 11, 9, 9,
