I normally print PLA at 200 but for this I used 190 (probably could have gone lower) and at 20mm/s. My layer height was 0.20 but it would have turned out a little better at 0.12. Follow the same guide lines that you would to print voronoi objects. I included the profile I used in cura as an HTML. No support was needed for this print.
