Christmas tree with balls and star (fits on small printers)

This is a small DIY Christmas tree with balls and a star, made for small printers such as the 3Dtje mini printer. By printing the two halves diagonally on the printbed, the full height of +/- 12 cm (4.7") can be printed even when the bed is only 10cm x 10cm. The balls should of course be printed multiple times in different colors and for the slightly thicker star gold or silver sounds nice. Have fun printing, best wishes and happy new year! Print Settings Printer: 3Dtje Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.4mm nozzle, .300 mm layer height Infill: solid Notes: Printed using PLA at 195-205 degrees Celsius (without heated bed). Post-Printing The ball-holes are 2mm wide. By setting the first layer at a certain thickness I made sure the 2mm balls were printed slightly thinner. Having a fairly small distance to the bed for the first layer will give better adhesion (less chance of warping) and result in a small edge, causing balls to fit more tightly in the tree. If the two halves do not cross in a 90 degree angle, use a small knive to latten the side of the connecting slit. About ... Designed by mm@3Dtje using Sketchup, v2015nov20. Website: 3Dtje.nl
