Chrysler Dodge Seat Recliner Handle

This is my take on a 2008-2010 Chrysler Town and Country or Dodge Grand Caravan second row seat recline handle. Mopar part number 1HU70DX9AA. Both left and right side handles can be made simply by mirroring this part along the long dimension axis in your slicer software (usually right click on part and select mirror). I am also including a lock mechanism tester to quickly print to verify that this part indeed matches the lock arm on the car seat. After 10 years of use and kids yanking on these things the originals became loose and kept falling off. Rather than buying replacements I made a more "beefy" version that fits on there nice and tight and can be printed in rainbow ... which kids like. So if you still have one of these old mulit-utility vehicles (MUVs aka minivans :) ) and are in need of a new second row recline handle this might help you out. I printed mine in 25% gyroid infill with plate supports only and ironing which smoothed the flat surface quite nicely. Supports can be a pain to remove but they do come out. I set the XY separation for support to 150% to help a bit (I think).
