Chuck Key Keeper for Harbor Freight 1/2" Hammer Drill

This is a replacement chuck key holder/keeper for the Harbor Freight Chicago Electric 1/2" hammer drill. The current SKU's for this drill are 62383, 45338, 67616, 68169, and 60495. This is a remix of the chuck key holder I made for the Harbor Freight regular 1/2" drill. I made the holder for my regular 1/2" drill because the built in holder tore apart the first time I removed the key on a cold day. My hammer drill is about 3 years older than my regular 1/2" drill and its key keeper is still intact, however, the material and design are the same for both drills, so I'm sure it's just a matter of time. Noticing the popularity of the first key holder I posted, I'm thinking a key keeper for the hammer drill might too be of interest. The first key keeper I made was 80mm long, which is the length of the handle. Once I had it printed I felt it was unnecessarily long, but left it's length because shortening it would increase the difficulty of pushing snapping the power chord into the opposing clamps. The handle for my hammer drill's chuck key is 110mm long. I kept the original models length and only added 1mm to the width, 1mm to the depth, and 1mm to the diameters for the 1mm thicker chord and 1mm thicker handle. This model is intentionally a tight fit on both the chuck key and the power chord as neither is intended to be removed post installation. It is intended to be installed near the plug end of the power chord with the chuck inserted. As with the original model, it is intended that the user unplug the drill in order to use the attached key to change bits.
