Wife and I had a whim for churros one Sunday but local stand was already closed. We tried to make some using a pastry bag that failed miserably. If only we had a pastry press. "Great for a 3D printed project" spark ignited and two weeks later... Tip: Rotate the piston 180º to unlatch.
