This is a cigar mouth piece designed for 40 to 64 gauge cigars. It has left hand threading on the inside to allow you to screw it onto the cigar, it hold it very well and I have found them to be very reliable. It is great at preventing the cigar from getting wet, and allows you to have something to bite onto without destroying the end allowing for hands free smoking. Great for fishing and lawn mowing while smoking. I have an older design of this as well that is more suited to smaller gauge cigars. I've also included a 2 part mold of the cigar holder, I've used it with an SLA printer to cast one in babbitt as an experiment successfully.
