Print Settings Printer: Mendel Prusa hibryd 35x35x32 cm Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 mm layers Infill: 0% Notes: 0.5 mm shell, 0.5 Nozzle, PLA, 200° C temperature, fan cooling enable. Printing speed 60 mm/s. I haven't tried to print it in other material, so i can't tell the resoults with a different material. To ensure the material's resistance, is better to print it with the longest side as the base, so the layers are longitudinal to the object's longest side. And in an orientation that creates vertical walls, so the object is 40 layers high (the 12 mm side as the Z axis). Post-Printing Water resistant sandpaper. How I Designed This I started using a device made out of paper, then i aquired the 3d printer and i had the idea to desing it using Blender 3d software. Then i checked out the material resistance and i started printing it and selling it to tabacco's stores. Because it is a little object is profitable to make it by 3d printing method, you can make many of them in a print session. But i am only selling it in my area so i am not making great quantities of it, and i am not selling it to expensive because i think more in the customer's benefits than in my profits.
