Cinemorph filter to give your pictures a blockbuster aspect for cheap. - 52mm: Tested and perfectly working - 58mm: Not tested, please provide feedback This filter will attempt to replicate the effects from an anamorphic lens, including: - Colored flare - Shrunk bokeh This is the filter only. I repurposed a cheap 52mm UV filter, keeping only the ring with thread, replacing the UV glass piece with the printed filter. Print settings: Resin recommended, black opaque material Shooting settings: Largest aperture possible to benefit from effect How to use: - The bokeh shrink orientation will depend on the filter orientation, I would recommend vertical. - The flare color will depend on the color of the wire you're installing. Grooves are designed to perfectly align it. I have personally used a very thin clear fishing wire, using a sharpie to color it. Red or Blue gave nice results. Same here, I'd recommend using a strong punctual light source (phone's flashlight) to ensure the flare is perfectly horizontal. Once again, this is not the outer ring with thread, just the filter piece. Tons of youtube resources for more info. Be creative!
