The original version of this cutter was a single .STL file containing all five pieces. I saw a few comments about breaking it apart and asking for individual .STL files for each piece. So I took the time to do that using SketchUp 22 Pro. I also made a longer beam. In my version the end of the beam (parts E & F) has two 2.05mm holes that need to be tapped for a M2.5 x .45 pitch screw. The Blade Holder (Part D) has two 2.5mm diameter holes for the screws to pass through. One holds the blade and the other secures the Blade Holder on the Beam. With my version the blade can be mounted to the inside, just flip the Blade Holder over then cut in the opposite direction. The longer beam (Part F) is just over 250 mm end to end so should print easily on a Prusa i3 MK3S bed if placed at an angle on the bed. I have not printed this yet so I may revise some or all of the individual part files as needed. I would appreciate comments from anyone printing this and if they had any issues please share and I will make revisions if needed.
