Simple small accurate circle tool. You can easily put it into pencil box.

I have designed it for small childrens (not only), as they have problem with compass.

The compass also puts you at risk of injuring yourself or making a hole in your desk, etc., no risk with this tool :)

What and how to draw

Two modes to draw:

Put your finger on the circled head. It will fix position then. Put pencil into desired hole and rotate pencil.

Put one pencil into circled head and second pencil into desired hole and rotate pencil.

I personally prefer first one and my child too :)

With this tool you can draw accurate circles equal to 10, 12, 14, 16, …., 104 millimeters. You can look at this as simple to create with rectangular patter in e.g. Fusion 360 but it will not work (except for the middle line) as the dot must be in the desired distance from the center point of the circled head. Look at last picture to see about what i am talking about.

Printing

Print without supports. Preferred PETG as it is flexible and childrens like its flexibility :) But probably any material. Top surface will probably look better with PLA.

There are 3 files, all included in 3mf file delete not needed from it. Difference are only in holes sizes 1.6 mm, 1.8mm and 2mm depend of usage case. 1.6 mm is good for pencils 2mm better for pen. 1.8 is quite universal.

Hint

If printed with PETG, put it into a fire for second e.g. stove burner, to remove small PETG strings.
