This necklace hanger/pendant is designed to allow for efficient upcycling of circuit boards into jewelry. Overall dimensions: 20mm wide, 30mm tall Long version: 20mm wide, 40 mm tall Will hold circuit board cut approx 16mm wide 23mm tall, or 16mm wide, 33mm tall Other materials needed: Circuit board Dremel drill or hacksaw Craft glue (NOT HOT GLUE) Clear coat (such as Mod Podge) Print Settings Printer: M3D Micro Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: Low Infill: Solid Notes: Necklace hanger/pendant is only 1mm thick, so infill should not matter on low resolution setting. For this to be a "green" product, it should only be printed using corn-based PLA plastic, since corn is a renewable resource. Post-Printing 1) Cut circuit board Cut circuit board to approx 16mm wide 23mm tall (or 16mm wide, 33mm tall for long version) 2) Verify fit Ensure circuit board will fit neatly into the necklace hanger 3) Apply craft glue Use a small amount of craft glue to attach the circuit board inside of the hanger. Glue should not bleed out the sides - if it does, use a cloth to remove excess. Allow sufficient time to dry before performing next step. Refer to glue instructions. 4) Apply clear coat After glue has dried, apply clear coat.
