Cladding panel for a new 120mtrs high office building, we (me and my colleques) are tendering. Panel is a 1.25x3.6 mtr bespoke panel, made out of costum designed estruded aluminium profiles. Panel is of the type: climate wall. A closed cavity type design, with a single outer pane and a tripple glazed unit inside. Panel depth is 200 mm with intergrated venetian blinds. Panel is pressurised with dry cleaned air so no condensation and pollution of the glass will occur. U value is 0.6 so it meets the modern high standards of energy comsumption. Panel is equiped with QRSS (quick release sunshade system) this enables our mechanics to remove the venetian blinds very quicly for maintenance purposes. Model is a low quality with not much details. Only purpose is the rendering of the "complete" curtain wall to show the client how his facceted wall will look when finished.
