You need to print two clamps and caps to make it work. One clamp should be printed mirrored (Can be done in most slicers). Additional material: 2x M6x40 bolt (might be longer but don't take any shorter) 4x M6 nuts 2x Butterfly nuts 1x Wodden rod Dia=18mm, Lenght 515mm Minimum infill 10%. But for better stiffness I would suggest going for 20% or 30% or make the 4 layer perimiter
